KONENKI is the Japanese term for menopause. It means 'Renewal of energy' and is seen as our 2nd spring.

It’s positive and seen as an integral part of being a woman.

We are incredible beings and having nurtured, shared and put ourselves behind others, now it’s our time to shine.

Menopause Is More Than Just Hot Flushes...

The average age in the Western world to enter the menopause is 50.1 - 51.5 years old. They can be hard years due to the many changes that are happening in our bodies and our minds. It can feel like a very lonely and sometimes dark place to be, but, know that the menopause is also just a transition and, when managed effectively, it can lead to a new start and a new you. 

There is not one magic pill for menopause treatment (because no 2 women go through the same thing) but there is a toolkit of ways that will help support you on your journey. What we have done in the past to manage our health often no longer works in this new hormonal environment because there are so many internal factors fighting against you now ...so we need to learn to work with our hormones, not against them.
