Individual consultation for health and lifestyle screening (1 hr)
Nutrition group workshop (presentation & cookery workshop) for specific symptom relief (2 hrs)
Sleep: ‘How to get to sleep, how to stay asleep’ webinar (1 hr)
Stress and midlife hormonal regulation webinar (1 hr)
Exercise support of 1-2 group strength training classes or 1-2 DIY home work out plans (interchangeable depending on your availability. It also includes a 10% discount on PT fees online/inperson)
Ongoing monitoring and adjustment through group support and private WhatsApp coaching. You will have me on WhatsApp for these 5 weeks for your accountability and queries.

I’m Charlotte, I’m 49 and I’m perimenopausal…..
Feels good to say it and acknowledge it doesn’t it?
Before I talk about me - HOW ARE YOU?
WHAT ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH? NIGHT SWEATS? WEIGHT GAIN? BRAIN FOG? ANXIETY? MOOD SWINGS?
I started perimenopause around 39 with palpitations, night sweats, utter lack of temper control, fatigue beyond imagination, bloating, falling labido, sports incontinence - and never even considered it was perimenopause. I was only 39! I literally didn’t have a clue because I didn’t know anything about menopause. I didn’t know anything at all.
3 years later, after a confusing and pretty lonely time, I decided to do something about it. I qualified as a PT, then as a nutritionist and then as an holistic menopause coach and practitioner.
I am proud to say I now have my perimenopause under control because I understand it and that’s where my starting point with you is: helping you to understand why you feel different so that we can find the old you, get your confidence back, get your weight down and get your sleep back on track. We’re going to take your forwards - DON’T EVER LOOK BACK BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT GOING THAT WAY.

Empowering women to thrive, not just survive, through menopause means breaking the stigma, providing education, and embracing lifestyle changes that support both body and mind. With the right knowledge and tools, this stage of life can be one of growth, vitality, and empowerment.
