I'm Charlotte. I'm 50 and I'm perimenopausal.

Feels good to say it out loud, doesn't it?

But before I talk about me — HOW ARE YOU?

WHAT ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH? NIGHT SWEATS? WEIGHT GAIN? BRAIN FOG? ANXIETY? MOOD SWINGS?

I started perimenopause at 39 with palpitations, night sweats, a complete loss of temper control, fatigue beyond anything I had ever known, bloating, falling libido and sports incontinence — and it never once crossed my mind that it was perimenopause. I was only 39. I had absolutely no idea what was happening to me or why.

Three years later, after a confusing and pretty lonely time, I decided to do something about it. I qualified as a PT, then as a nutritionist and then as a holistic menopause coach and practitioner. And I am proud to say I now have my perimenopause under control — because I understand it.

That is exactly where I start with you. Not with a plan, not with a list of things to cut out, but with understanding. Because when you understand why you feel the way you feel, everything else becomes possible. Together we are going to find the old you, get your confidence back, get your sleep on track and stop your body working against you.
