What is Menopause Coaching?

What is Menopause Coaching?

Menopause can be a challenging journey for some, while others simply need a little guidance and advice. Either way, having the right support can make a world of difference to your mental, physical, and emotional well-being as you transition through menopause.

Transition Coaching is designed to help women navigate the changes that come with menopause—physical, emotional and mental in your daily life. Through education, positive support, mindset shifts, symptom management, and lifestyle adjustments, this approach empowers you to move through this phase with confidence and ease, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

What Does a Menopause Coach Do?

A menopause coach provides personalised guidance and strategies to help women

  • Understand menopause and perimenopause (hormonal changes, symptoms, and what to expect).

  • Manage symptoms naturally (nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, sleep management).

  • Address mindset and emotional shifts (self-confidence, relationships, identity, community).

  • Improve sleep, energy, and overall health through holistic approaches.

  • Navigate menopause in the workplace (how to manage symptoms in a professional setting).

  • Explore alternative treatment options based on individual needs.

Please note that I’m not a Doctor nor a Psychologist: my scope of practice is to help you from a longevity holistic perspective through lifestyle health changes.

"Make connections, make friends, join communities, and really honour yourself. You're getting ready to make that transition to menopause, so pay attention to where you're at emotionally, physically, and mentally, I believe that it’s a privilege to get older. Not everyone gets older.”

- Cameron Diaz

How is your coaching different from a doctor or therapist?

My approach is quite different. As a menopause coach, I do not provide medical advice or prescribe medication—that’s a doctor’s role. Instead, I offer lifestyle-based solutions tailored to your unique needs, helping you navigate this transition with confidence. Unlike therapy, which often delves into deep emotional healing, coaching is future-focused. I guide you toward practical strategies and empowerment, giving you the tools to thrive in this new chapter of life.

As a menopause coach, think of me as your cheerleader and supporter through the ups and downs of menopause—think of me as a knowledgeable, supportive partner rather than as a doctor or therapist. I don’t prescribe HRT or diagnose mental health conditions, but I will empower you with lifestyle strategies to improve your menopause experience and to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more in control during this transition. I’m about improving your healthspan and increasing your longevity by introducing new, attainable, powerful and consistent lifestyle habits.
