The MenoThrive 12-week 1:1 programme is the most comprehensive, personal and results-driven coaching experience I offer and is the one that has changed the most lives. Over three months we work together on every single thing menopause has disrupted: your sleep, your nutrition, your training, your stress, your mood and your sense of self. Not with a generic plan pulled from a template, but with a programme built entirely around you, your body, your life and your symptoms.

We begin with a full intake session in person where possible, online wherever you are where you talk and I listen. You tell me everything: your symptoms, your history, your lifestyle, your frustrations and your goals. From that conversation I build your personal programme and we get to work.

WEEK BY WEEK BREAKDOWN

Your Nutrition

Why what worked before no longer works now and what to do instead. We build your personal anti-inflammatory eating plan, covering blood sugar balance, portion control, fibre, protein and healthy fats. You get meal plans, shopping lists, cupboard essentials and the kind of practical, real-life guidance that actually fits into your week. Eating well in menopause will become second nature.

Your Training

It is no longer about punishing yourself with HIIT. It is about training in a way that works with your hormones, not against them. We build a programme around strength training, cardiovascular health and movement you genuinely enjoy whether that is the gym, home training, swimming or something else entirely. You will leave this programme confident, consistent and wondering why nobody told you this sooner.

Your Sleep

No more 3am wake-ups. No more lying there running through everything you cannot control. We address the hormonal, nutritional and behavioural factors driving your sleep disruption and build a routine that finally lets you rest. Proper, restorative, all-night sleep is not a luxury it is the foundation upon which everything else is built.

Your Stress and Your Mind

Cortisol is the hormone nobody talks about enough in menopause and it is the one making everything worse. We work on your stress response, your nervous system and the mindset shifts that make the difference between surviving menopause and genuinely thriving through it. This is where the real transformation happens.

  • Not at all. Around half of my MenoThrive clients are online and based all over the world — the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond. Everything works just as well remotely and you get exactly the same level of access, support and results. All you need is a decent internet connection and the commitment to show up for yourself.

  • It does not matter at all — and honestly, most women are not sure when they come to me. What matters is how you are feeling, not the label. If your body has changed and your old ways are no longer working, this programme will help you understand exactly what is happening and give you a plan that works for where you are right now.

  • Absolutely — and this is something I feel strongly about. HRT can be life-changing for many women, but it does not address your nutrition, your sleep habits, your training, your stress response or your gut health. Most women on HRT still have symptoms and still feel lost with the lifestyle side of things. This programme covers everything HRT does not.

  • We have bi-weekly 1:1 sessions — in person or online — where we review the previous week, address anything that has come up and set your focus for the week ahead. In between sessions you have direct WhatsApp access to me, so you are never stuck waiting until next week if something comes up. The programme is thorough but it is built around your real life, not an idealised version of it.
