Tahini & Honey Cookies
(Calcium-rich for bone health)
Ingredients:
• ½ cup tahini
• ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
• 1 cup almond flour
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix tahini, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add almond flour and baking soda, mixing well.
4. Form small cookies and place them on the baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Let cool before serving.
