Oatmeal & Flaxseed Cookies

(Great for digestion & hormone balance)

Ingredients:

• 1 cup rolled oats

• ½ cup ground flaxseeds

• 1 ripe banana (mashed)

• 2 tbsp almond butter

• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

• ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.

3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
