Apple, Beetroot, Carrot juice

1 large or 2 medium beets

• 3 medium carrots

• 1 large apple of choice

• fresh ginger (1/2-1 inch piece)

Beetroot and Berry juice

• 1 cup frozen strawberries

• 1 cup frozen blueberries

• 1 cup orange juice

• 1 (8.8-ounce) package refrigerated cooked beets

• 1 medium banana, peeled

• 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced

• 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated

Beetroot and apple juice

• 2 small raw beetroots, peeled and roughly chopped

• 1 small apple peeled, quartered and cored

• 50g blueberry

• 1 tbsp grated ginger

• 300ml water

Green juice

• Half bag spinach

• 1 stick celery

• 1/2 Green apple

• 1/2 cucumber

• Fresh ginger to your taste

• Fresh mint to your taste

• Fruit juice

• Water

Extra nutrition for juices include lemon juice, chia seeds, powdered flax seed, fresh mint.
