5 minute savoury breakfast ideas

• Bagel with cream cheese, topped with a few lettuce leaves and slices of turkey or ham

• An apple with walnuts and slices of cheddar cheese

• Full-fat yoghurt with sliced fruit (eg. Peach) a drizzle of tahini and salt

• Greek yoghurt swirled with 2 tblspns of nut butter and a handful of berries
