Joints That Thrive
Happier joints, stronger muscles and easier mornings through perimenopause and beyond.
A science backed plan for women whose shoulders, elbows, hips and knees have started to ache, stiffen and slow them down, and who want to understand why it's happening and what really helps.
Six weeks. Small daily habits. Real, lasting change.
JOIN THE WAITLIST · £30 FOUNDING OFFERYou wake up feeling like the Tin Man, and a stretch doesn't shift it.
Maybe your shoulder grumbles every time you reach for the top shelf, or fastening your bra behind your back has become a stretch too far. Perhaps your elbow aches when you lift the kettle, or your knees creak their way down the stairs first thing in the morning.
You may have been told it's just getting older, or tried rest, painkillers and a new mattress without much changing. The truth is that frozen shoulder and tennis elbow are far more common in women in their 40s and 50s than at any other time of life, and falling oestrogen plays a huge part.
This course starts by explaining exactly what's happening in your joints, so every habit you add makes sense and feels worth doing.
You're ready to feel at home in your body again.
- You're in perimenopause or menopause and your joints or muscles have started to ache, stiffen or swell.
- You're dealing with niggles like tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, achy hips or stiff knees, and they're taking longer to heal.
- You want to stay active, whether that's training, walking, padel or playing with the grandchildren.
- You're on HRT, or not, and want the lifestyle habits that hormones alone can't give you.
- You'd love a clear, self guided plan you can follow at home and start whenever suits you.
Twelve solutions. Six weeks. A few small habits at a time.
Each solution explains the science simply, then gives you clear actions and a real life example, and the 6 week plan layers them in for you, easiest first.

I'm walking my walk and talking my talk.
I'm Charlotte, a personal trainer, nutritionist and menopause coach with more than ten years of experience helping women over 40 get stronger and feel like themselves again.
I've had tennis elbow myself, so I know exactly how frustrating it is when something small stops you doing what you love. Today I run, I lift weights and my knees are absolutely fine, which isn't luck, it's the result of the small, consistent habits I live by every day. This course puts all of those habits, and the latest research behind them, into one simple plan for you.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from free advice online?
Most advice gives you a list of tips without the why. This course starts with the hormonal science behind menopausal joint pain, then turns it into a plan that builds up gradually, so you know what to do, when to do it and why it works.
I'm on HRT. Is this still relevant?
Absolutely. HRT can be a brilliant support, though it won't rebuild muscle, improve your sleep habits, change what's on your plate or keep your lymph moving. Those are the things this course focuses on.
How much time does it take each day?
Week one habits take just a few minutes each. By the end of the plan you'll be doing around 20 to 30 minutes of movement most days, plus two or three strength sessions a week, all of which you can do at home.
Do I need a gym or any equipment?
No gym is needed. A resistance band, a loop band and a chair are all you need for the strength session, and a foam roller or massage ball is a nice extra.
What format is the course?
It's a downloadable PDF booklet that you keep forever. Many women like to print the trackers and check in pages so they can tick off their habits each day.
When will I notice a difference?
Many women notice easier mornings within the first couple of weeks. Strength, flexibility and reduced pain build steadily over the full six weeks and beyond, because collagen, fascia and muscle keep responding to what you do.
Is it safe if I have a joint condition?
The plan is gentle and suitable for most women, and it includes a safety page explaining when to see your GP. If you have a diagnosed condition, a joint replacement or a recent injury, please check with your GP or physiotherapist before starting.
