Chia seed chocolate mousse
Dairy-Free Milk – 2 cups (Almond milk works well)
Chia Seeds – 1/2 cup
Cacao Powder – 1/4 cup
Banana - 1mashed
Vanilla Extract – 2 teaspoon
Maple syrup (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
You can add blue berries or raspberries as you pour it into a bowl to set in the fridge.
Alternatively, you can distribute it into small serving pots and praline them with berries.
