• Half bag spinach

• 1 - 2 sticks celery

• 1/2 Green apple

• 1 cucumber

• Fresh ginger to your taste

• Fresh mint to your taste

• Fruit juice

• Water

Extra nutrition for juices include lemon juice, chia seeds, powdered flax seed, fresh mint.

Over night Oats / fresh morning oats

• Oats

• Plant milk

• Chia seeds

• Flax seed

• Fruit: blue berries, raspberries, apple, banana

• Cinnamon

• Sunflower seeds

• Pumpkin seeds

Layer in a jar and pop in the fridge for a breakfast on the go, alternatively make fresh for breakfast with greek yoghurt
