Avocado & Hummus Cucumber Bites

(A refreshing, hydrating snack with healthy fats, fiber, and plenty of nutrients for hormone support.)

Ingredients:

• 1 cucumber, sliced into ½-inch thick rounds

• 1 ripe avocado, mashed

• 3 tbsp hummus (store-bought or homemade)

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp smoked paprika

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1⃣ Prepare the cucumber slices – Slice the cucumber into rounds, discarding the ends.

2⃣ Mash the avocado – In a small bowl, mash the avocado and mix with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3⃣ Assemble the bites – Top each cucumber slice with a dollop of hummus, followed by a spoonful of the mashed avocado mixture.

4⃣ Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle fresh herbs on top for extra flavor and serve immediately.
