About Charlotte Birch
My coaching story & your success

I’m Charlotte, I’m 49 and I’m perimenopausal…..

Feels good to say it and acknowledge it doesn’t it?

I started perimenopause around 39 with palpitations, night sweats, utter lack of temper control, fatigue beyond imagination, bloating, falling labido, sports incontinence - and never even considered it was perimenopause. I was only 39! I literally didn’t have a clue because I didn’t know anything about menopause. I didn’t know anything at all.

3 years later, after a confusing and pretty lonely time, I decided to do something about it. I qualified as a PT, then as a nutritionist and then as an holistic menopause coach and practitioner. What a combination!

I am proud to say I now have my perimenopause under control and that is because I understand it. I accept that it’s part of a woman’s natural life curve. I’ve adapted my lifestyle to control my symptoms and I want to share this with you.

You don’t need to suffer and you certainly don’t need to go through it alone - wondering why you feel ‘different’. You can guarantee whatever you are feeling, billions of other women are feeling the same….. so let me help you.

Let’s find the old you, let’s get your confidence back, let’s get your weight down and let’s get your sleep back on track. We can find the old you but always remember….DON’T LOOK BACK BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT GOING THAT WAY. Menopause is the start of something new and exciting that will allow you to focus on YOU!

Menopause isn’t the end of the road—it’s the start of a powerful new chapter. Yet, too often, women are told to simply "get through it" rather than embrace the opportunities it brings. At its core, menopause is a transition, not a decline. It’s a time to reclaim your health, redefine your energy, and step into a phase of life filled with confidence, wisdom, and renewed purpose.

Empowering women to thrive, not just survive, through menopause means breaking the stigma, providing education, and embracing lifestyle changes that support both body and mind. With the right knowledge and tools, this stage of life can be one of growth, vitality, and empowerment.

Whether it’s through nutrition, movement, mindset shifts, or community support, menopause can be the beginning of something extraordinary. It’s time to move beyond outdated narratives and celebrate midlife as a time of strength, resilience, and limitless possibility. So ladies, what are we waiting for? Let’s embrace our second chance!
