Tuna and Avocado Hand Rolls

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup Brown Rice (dry, rinsed)

• 2 nori sheets (quartered)

• 1 can tuna (drained and flaked)

• 1/2 Avocado (medium, peeled, sliced)

• 1 1/2 tbsps Soy Sauce

Method

1. Cook the rice according to the package directions, let it cool slightly

2. Top each nori sheet with brown rice, tuna and avocado

3. Serve the wraps with soy sauce to dip
