I was recommended to contact Charlotte by a friend who'd done her 30 day course - but I knew I needed more. I needed the 1:1 support and guidance and I felt quite private and almost ashamed of where I'd got to and who'd I'd become. Charlotte made me feel at ease, understand that none of it was my fault, that it was all natural - and that there was a way forward! We worked slowly together and I took on board the advice and ideas she gave me - and they paid off. I'm back to my old self and am ready to take on the world!
