'The 30 day challenge is a great way to find new little tweaks to add to your daily routine. It helped me reflect on what I was already doing that made a difference and gave me practical suggestions and reminders about other ideas to try. The group was friendly and supportive, an important reminder that we are not alone in going through this and just a few easy adjustments can add up to a notable improvement in physical health and outlook'
